He has renovated numerous properties in the Fan and an historic property in Henrico County. He actively supports William Fox Elementary, The Fan District Association's Christmas Tour, The Museum District's Mother's Day Tour, Maymont Foundation and the Science Museum of Virginia. He is a founding member of Richmond's Cosmopolitan Club and assist the club with their efforts in fundraising for Diabetes Research. He is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College with a Bachelor's in Economics. As a Realtor, he is known for his breadth of knowledge and his negotiation skills. He has helped his clients with both residential and commercial properties and offers his clients real-estate services from the city of Richmond to the Virginia Beach Ocean Front.Remington Rand (540-556-9455) Is a young real-estate professional with a background in sales. His scope includes sales, renovation and property management. A dedicated customer advocate, you are certain to benefit greatly from his experience and dedication. He currently resides in the Fan District of Richmond and is a volunteer in his neighborhood. Originally from Roanoke Virginia and received a Bachelor's degree in Geography from The University of Mary Washington.
